The Communiqué of the Second Clergy and Wives’ Retreat

Theme:  Let Us Rise Up and Build (Nehemiah 2:18)
Date:   April 15-17
Venue:  Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Houston, Texas


Resolutions
1. We pledge our allegiance to the Archbishop, Metropolitan and Primate of the Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion, The Most Revd Nicholas Okoh.
2. We resolve to continue to dialogue for the formation of a New Diocese in the Province of the Anglican Church in North America ACNA.
3. We resolve that the name of the proposed Diocese for now will be:                                        

Diocese of the Trinity-(DOTT) - Cluster of Anglican Churches in North America and Canada.

4. We resolve that our vision is: To Harvest the World for Christ.
5. We resolve that our Mission is: To build a Christ-centered, multicultural, multiracial, Bible-based Church, that believes in the apostolic teaching and practice and, sensitive to human needs.
6. We resolve to encourage and uphold each other in prayer and in the work of the ministry.
7. We resolve to encourage and develop the youths and women ministries and to network their activities and programs.
